Warranty

We guarantee to provide an accurate description and high-quality products. If customers are not satisfied with the items received, please notify us within 30 days from the date of shipment. All items will be reimbursed within 3 days of receiving the product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.

All items are guaranteed with a 2-year warranty, provided customers cover the return and resend shipping costs.

No warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us at info@kittenbot.cc before returning any package. All product returns require a return authorization, which can be obtained via the email mentioned above. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.

• Return for Refund: within 7 days of receiving the product (unopened).
• Return for Replacement: within 14 days of receiving the product (damaged or defective).

All returns must be in their original, mint condition. Returns of damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise "played with" products will not be accepted. The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the receipt and a brief note explaining the reason for the return (including pictures, if applicable). This note will help us serve you better and improve our products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
